CAIA (2007, 2008, 2009)
The Chilean Avocado Importers Association (CAIA) charged Consumer Effects with developing detailed merchandiser kits, sales presentations and POS materials to provide CAIA merchandisers the sales tools they needed to drive the implementation of promotions at the retail level. CAIA obtained the services of Consumer Effects not only for their knowledge of the produce industry, but for their proven track record in the successful execution of retail sales promotions. Through the development of retailer specific promotions and the outreach efforts in the industry, Consumer Effects has managed to create a presence for the CAIA organization within the industry and with consumers.
Sterilox (2009)
Sterilox Food Safety is at the cutting edge of food safety systems for retail implementation. They engaged Consumer Effects to conduct an extensive brand and marketing discovery, and included a review of their in-store training program. What resulted from this effort was a clear brand positioning statement that succinctly communicates the many benefits of the Sterilox system: Food safety and freshness that pays. CEI was also able to streamline and make Sterilox’s in-store training presentations consistent – so that every customer is ensured a quality product experience. They achieved this through hands-on training, and the creation of custom presentation materials that enabled every member of the Sterilox team to deliver exceptional training sessions, every time.
ProHealth (Smart Potatoes) (2007, 2008)
As an industry leader in the potato category, ProHealth obtained the services of Consumer Effects to develop and execute a successful nationwide brand awareness campaign focusing on increasing sales through brand positioning and retail execution. The branding campaign was designed to capture the true essence of ProHealth’s cutting edge technology, state-of-the art cleaning process and premier growing and harvesting practices. Consumer Effects worked in collaboration with ProHealth to develop a comprehensive program to build brand recognition for this premier grower/shipper through a detailed retail execution plan, category management capabilities, packaging development & design and cross promotional programs.
